Dionus, Elvish Archdruid - Lathril is a clown

Okay, so today I'm going to build Dionus without any elves....just kidding.

Dionus, Elvish Archdruid is so insane. Elves in general are insane. It's crazy to me that Lathril is the most popular elf commander. 4 mana for a 2-power creature with weak evasion and a pointless activated ability? What a piece of crap. Dionus is more powerful by an order of magnitude.

Obviously tribal decks aren't usually my thing, but Dionus isn't nearly as popular as I would have expected. Every once in a while I have to try building something really disgusting just to give it a try.

Ah yes, let's give the elfball deck even more mana. What could go wrong . I love how after the Nadu episode they made his ability "Triggers only once each turn". You already included the Symbiote I see . Other than abusing all kinds of dorks, Fauna Shaman is great too for quickly finding missing pieces. You probably want to run a healthy amount of card draw to power through your deck very quickly and set up an overrun or whatever you want to do with a boatload of mana.

Tribute is since most of the mana dorks are low butts, but on the higher ends you do have some chunk later on. Colossification is just funny in that it will make anything do about 21 damage or more when your commander is out or lethal WITH your commander.
