Spoiler alert I guess if you don't want to be spoiled for a leaked card (as of post date)

Ok, we good?

Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice
Legendary Creature - Fox Advisor
Whenever an Aura enters the battlefield under your control, if you cast it, you may search your library for an Aura card with mana value less than or equal to that Aura and with a different name than each Aura you control, put that card onto the battlefield attached to Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice, then shuffle.
2/2

This honestly seems pretty bananas to me as a 2-drop. There are a few main ways I see to exploit it.

1) Fast lethal threats primary through All That Glitters and/or Ethereal Armor.

2) Invulnerability through the use of Pariah and damage prevention or indestructibility (Unquestioned Authority, Timely Ward, etc).

3) Both of those things are made significantly stronger through the availability of protection like Flickering Ward, umbras, and indestructibility to protect light-paws, as well as the massive reload power of Mantle of the Ancients.

4) They're also improved by the option to hit enemy targets with neutralizing auras, thus providing offensive and defensive power at the same time.

5) There's also a lot of value from auras with flash, as a way to give protection in a timely manner, as well as surprise lethal combat damage, fogging with Pariah, etc.

Okay, so here's where I ended up. Auras with CMC listed since it's relevant even though I hate that formatting. I think this maybe has the potential to be cEDH-viable, so it might end up being fairly busted, but as a first draft I went about as hard as possible. Haven't included any MLD, though, which might be pretty valuable here.

Nice!! I'm thinking about a somewhat similar deck with Killian, Ink Duelist at the helm with Lurrus of the Dream-Den as a companion! Its still in rough idea but I'll share whenever I can

I would add a couple of token makers that trigger with enchantments as a backup strategy. Archon of Sun's Grace at minimum.

Flickering Ward and if you wanted to add it, Conviction work well the Archon / Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice.

Flickering ward is already in there.

Both those plans seem really slow. Flickering ward is a good card on its own, but 3 to recast conviction seems inefficient. Most of our cheap auras aren't that exciting on their own, they're mostly to find glitters and ethereal armor. We should have enough that we can reliably find both of those without conviction, but there aren't enough other interesting targets to justify the extra cost to bounce and recast imo.

This deck aims to find lethal on the first opponent around t4 if the commander doesn't get removed (and unless we're tapped out, we do have some protection options, albeit ones that are weak vs white exiling removal unfortunately). If we're forced to reset, ideally we find mantle and have lethal again immediately, otherwise we maybe have to wait a turn or two to tuck the big hitter auras back into the deck with Mistveil Plains and then re-tutor them into play.

I think cards like archon are likely to be dead weight in the opener, and insufficient to make an impact in the late-game. The deck is designed around finding lethal via 21, I don't think 40 is going to be a viable backup plan.

Comparing this to my Sythis deck, I would recommend upping the creature count to at least 10 or so. If playing Boss UW Heroic for a whole standard season taught me anything, it's that sometimes plan A fails so hard that you just need somebody, anybody to slap auras onto so you can finally finish the kill. My suggestions would probably be to start with Hero of Iroas and Transcendent Envoy and then adjust as necessary.

Of course all of this presupposes you are in an environment that can actually stop you in a meaningful way, which we know is currently not the case. I guess my point is that UW Heroic was a fun deck to play and Theros-Khans standard was a good time, despite the fetchlands and Siege Rhinos.

I barely played this deck tbh - it would be an absolute slaughter with my current group obviously. But from my limited experience I don't think a backup target is very worth it. A lot of the auras suck, they're just a way to tutor the good ones. So other targets won't really do the same thing, plus it'll be hard to get to 40 life even if you draw the good auras by chance. I think it's pretty much plan a - Zerg them down on turn 4, plan b - have a huge late game play to reattach your auras from the grave and hit people for a billion. But again, that's from limited experience.
