How to Play

The game consists of two five-letter words, each coming from a Magic: the Gathering card name. The object is to figure out both words in 7 guesses. Each day brings new words in a fresh game.

Guess a five-letter word — any (English) five-letter word can be guessed, as well as any five letter word/name from a Magic Card. Press Return to submit your guess.

After each guess, the color of the tiles will change to show how close your guess was to the word.

The "C" and "R" are both in the left word, and both in the correct spot.

The "N" is in the right word, and is also in the correct spot.

The "R" is in the left word, but in the wrong spot.

The "J" and both "A"s are in the right word, but all in the wrong spots.
