So this is less of a coherent strategy and more of a theme deck. The goal is to build a spellslinger deck that does, y'know, cool and interesting things instead of boring and repetitive things. As such, it's built more about "how interesting and fun is this card?" instead of "how does this card fit into our plan?" This deck doesn't really have a plan, except to cast a bunch of cool spells and try to figure out a way to win. Mostly by using whatever our opponents are doing to our advantage.
Commander is somewhat replaceable, but Rootha, Mercurial Artist is my current pick. She's got the requisite colors, she does a spellslinger thing, she's interesting, and she's not terribly broken. But there are definitely plenty of other options that could fit into the deck instead.

As you can see, I'm a bit overloaded on nonlands at the moment, so I have some more cuts to make. My biggest concern is that I'm not sure we'll have enough stuff to do if people aren't playing many instants or sorceries, so I'm wondering if I should maybe cut some of the copying effects, especially since my commander already does some of that herself, and a lot of my spells don't do much extra by being copied anyway.
