If I decide to rebuild, I'll likely be looking for more proactive strategies - possibly a grave pact engine, some additional draw, and possibly more 2-drop ramp as the deck feels glacially slow without it.
As far as why I built Shelob - once upon a time I really liked Geth, Lord of the Vault. But upon revisiting, he's honestly awful to play because of how insanely complex the decision tree can get once you're generating 30+ mana. Really hard not to monopolize the clock. Shelob solves this problem by restricting herself to enemy creatures that have died since she entered - no mill, no reanimating the same STEve 20 times, etc. But unfortunately I think that maybe makes her TOO restrictive. I was mostly trying to angle for big wipes that would let me get a bunch of cards under her, but either she'd get removed, or I'd be too slow to stop getting beaten down early. Could probably use some protective equipment while we're at it.
Anyway, here's the current list although I don't recommend it.
