I made some changes to the deck:

Elvish Mystic,
Llanowar Elves, and
Fyndhorn Elves don't allow me to cast Legolas turn 2, and the deck's mana curve is low, so I'm not sure what I was ramping into with them.
Priest of Titania isn't that great because I don't play that many elves and have a low mana curve.
Seedborn Muse seems worse in the deck than
Bear Umbra, it cost 5 mana, and doesn't help Legolas get in for lethal.
Lignify is a good card but I want to be killing creatures to put counters on Legolas.
Asceticism is a good card but cost 5 mana and there are cheaper ways for me to protect 1 creature.
Basilisk Collar is a good card but doesn't really help me kill more creatures or connect more or pump Legolas.
Glamdring I found to be underwhelming most games.
Merchant Scroll cost 2, is a sorcery, and the only card I really want to search for with it is
Treasure Cruise, but I'd need 9 mana to also cast it.
Mutant's Prey requires me to have a counter on Legolas already.
Glorious Gale and
Essence Scatter don't protect Legolas against instant removal, and I'd rather kill creatures than counter them to buff Legolas.
Hunter's Insight requires me to connect with Legolas and the deck already has enough card draw.
Veil of Summer I feel like I don't need with all the counterspells/protection I have that can also work against decks are running black or blue.
Unnatural Growth I cut for
Fireshrieker so that way I don't have to pay all 5 mana at once, and 4 of it doesn't have to be green mana.
Jeweled Lotus allows for a turn 1 Legolas.
Tyvar's Stand can either protect Legolas or allow him to swing for lethal that turn.
Oracle's Insight allows me to scry and draw a card during each opponent's turn while also untapping Legolas to defend.
Silent Arbiter can be really strong when facing against aggro decks.
Hardened Scales is great with Legolas's ability and all the cards I play that put counters on him.
Aqueous Form,
Shadowspear,
Favor of the Overbeing, and
Hadana's Climb // Winged Temple of Orazca allow me to connect with Legolas.
Khalni Ambush // Khalni Territory can be removal or a land.
Decisive Denial can be protection for Legolas or removal.
Animist's Might is a cheap removal spell where I don't have to worry about Legolas dying from fighting a creature.
Grafted Exoskeleton can let me end the game with infect, and
Ezuri's Predation can wipe my opponent's fields while pumping Legolas.
I'll add
Legolas's Quick Reflexes to the deck, maybe cutting
Beast Within because it's expensive for a removal spell and still leaves a blocker for Legolas.
