Glen Gnarr 3G
Creature - Beast (U)
Cleave 5G You may cast this spell for its cleave cost. If you do, remove the words in square brackets.
Whenever a player casts a [blue or black] spell, Glen Gnarr gets +2/+2 until the end of turn.
Long thought merely a legend, the appearance of the gnarr was seen by the defenders as a sign of good luck.

A pretty good haul this round, so let's get going.

My metric will be mostly how unorthodox the usage of cleave is, based on my own highly subjective opinion.

Rend Matter 1G
Sorcery (R)
Destroy target [nonland] {noncreature} permanent.
Cleave 1RG (You may cast this spell for its cleave cost. If you do, remove the words in square brackets.)
Curlcleave 1BG (As above, but curly braces)
Megacleave BRG (All brackets)

IIW: A card from the next Modern Horizons, Modern Horizons: What If...?, where Wizards explores alternative timelines like "What if Ugin beat Bolas?" or "What if Liliana became cursed instead of Josu?"
I was expecting some sort of cleave card that cleaved separate subsets of brackets, but I didn't expect it to be the very first submission. This is a good and playable card, a delightful card for Mels and color philosophers.
Juancu wrote:

Kekora, Mechanic of Unification WU
Legendary Creature - Human Artificer (M)
Each spell you cast cleaved, entwined, mutated, awoken, bestowed, conspired, evoked, fused, overloaded, or replicated, is kicked.
Cleave UWBRG
When Kekora enters the battlefield, kicked spells you cast [this turn] cost 1 less.
1/5

IIW: surprise mechanics
Interesting! Instead of inventing a new grouping, you made it so that the card labelled additional/alternative costs as kicked, then gave them all the bonus.

Although this works as written, I would've also put the ETB trigger between brackets as well.

0: Scry 1, then put a loyalty counter on each blue planesalker you control.
[-2: Return target creature or planeswalker to its owner's hand.
-4: Draw four cards.]
2

Remade by the Moon 5
Sorcery (R)
Cleave 1U
Exile target creature. It's controller creates a 3/2 colorless Eldrazi creature token [with "Colored spells cost you 1 more to cast. Colorless spells cost you 1 less to cast." You may put a +1/+1 counter on that creature].

Orim's Genius 3U
Instant (R)
Cleave 2w
Target player [draws three cards. That player] can't cast play lands or spells this turn.

IIW: Non-traditional planeswalkers
Hah! These are certainly unusual uses of cleave. The green counterspell is great, but I have to admit the no-name blue planeswalker is my favorite of the the bonus cards. Remade by the Moon seems a bit too strong, and I think modern design philosophy is moving from allowing blue to "transform" things like that. Orim's Genius also seems powerful with the options provided, the land denial seems too strong.

So tallying up the score and awarding bonus points, it's very close between Juancu wiping the slate clean with nuclear fire and Mergatroid_Jones' planeswalker part-timer. So, just based on a whim, I award the win to:

cleave is really confusing to read because we always expect that the additional cost ADDS the fun additional text.

it's interesting to see several of these designs also fell into that trap.

I'm a bit embarrassed that I missed the bracket at the end of the word "creatures" there, but the part that I thought would be seen as "nontraditional" was the non-mana cost, since that hadn't been done yet, but it isn't exactly innovative.
