Ashad, the Lone Cyberman
Scientist Supreme of A.I.M.

If i have both in play and trigger Ashad's casualty ability and I copy it with Scientist Supreme of A.I.M do i have to sacrifice a creature for the copy?

You are copying the trigger that happens when you Sacrifice the creature. There is no trigger before that. Since the Casualty cost is paid, and a trigger is created from that cost being paid, you are good to copy the trigger that results. When copying objects, triggers included, you don't need to repay the costs that caused them to trigger.

Also note that you are not copying the trigger from Ashad as Ashad doesn't have a trigger (well, not for this; the last ability is a trigger). You are copying the Casualty trigger from paying the Casualty cost on the Artifact Spell and Ashad simply grants the Spell an additional cost option.
