I saw someone post a card with "Swampfall" and it seems like an interesting idea to pursue. It's more niche than normal Landfall and would seem to encourage monocolor play. In a vacuum it's weaker than Landfall unless you are playing monocolor, but I suppose if the benefit is balanced right it can work.
Here's a cycle of Kindred Enchantments based on basic landfall for each of the 5 basic land types.

- Create a food token.

Islandfall - Whenever an Island enters under your control, choose one:
- Create a 1/1 blue Bird creature token with flying.
- Create a clue token.
Heart of the Necropolis
Kindred Enchantment - Vampire (U)
Swampfall - Whenever a Swamp enters under your control, choose one:

Little hard to evaluate because you have other things going on (kindred, a 2ndary effect) but they feel relatively balanced. A little lopsided as a cycle but its hard to get them perfectly balanced and they rarely actually are. The different token types don't all stack up favorably against each other, and it's also a little lopsided as far as what creature abilities you gave the tokens.
I like Seagull Aviary and Wildcliff Chant the most.
