So I have a commander of Rionya, Fire Dancer who I am contemplating using Humble Defector and Starke of Rath with but I want to know what happens to the tokens if I donate them. Do they still get exiled if I no longer control them?

Yes. The triggered ability that exiles the tokens does not specify anything about a controller.
