Today's Challenge: Nontoken Germs

In a single post:
- Name exactly two other players to vote for their entries for the previous challenge. (In the event that there are two or fewer entries that you are allowed to vote for, you may vote for only one.)
- Make a card that fits the current challenge.
- Include an "If I Win" (IIW) for tomorrow's challenge if you win.
Each day we use the challenge of the previous day's winner. In the case of a tie, we'll use the IIW of the tied player who has least overall points. In case of a further tie, the IIW of the earlier poster will be used.

Permanents and spells you control have phyresis.
(They deal damage to permanents in form of phyrexian counters. A permanent with three or more phyrexian counters is compleat.)
You and permanents you control have protection from compleat permanents you don't control.

As an additional cost to cast a creature spell, you may pay any amount of life. If you do, that creature enters the battlefield with half that number of +1/+1 counters on it, rounded down.
When a creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it deals combat damage to a player, that player gets a poison counter.
Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, put three +1/+1 counters on it. That land is a 0/0 Phyrexian Elemental creature, it's still a land.

Scourge Virus B

Deathtouch
At the beginning of your end step, put a charge counter on Scourge Virus if it is attached to a creature.
Equipped creature gets -1/-1 for each charge counter on Scourge Virus and has deathtouch.
When Scourge Virus becomes unattached from a creature, remove all charge counters from Scourge Virus, and that creature's controller loses that much life.
1B: Attach Scourge Virus to target creature an opponent controls. Scourge Virus isn't a creature as long as it is attached. Activate as a sorcery.
