Sheoldred - Siphon Control

I liked Sheoldred when she came out but I thought maybe her price would drop given time (it.... hasn't really very much yet). I decided to bite the bullet as I felt like I could get behind playing her as my commander.

I was looking at some of the other resources and it looked like a lot of people went in on a lot of kind of questionable cards that did something similar to the commander. I opted to go more for just solid cards and let her stand alone a bit more. I went fairly heavy on the ramp plan for my build as I thought things like Pestilence and Expropriate played well with this commander so we will see how they go.
