Hah! This is a clever little trick, the idea is to boast after blockers are declared and get a massive chunk of damage through. Rarity would probably be heavily dependent on how many other merfolk are in this set, as this potentially be very powerful.

Interesting! Telepathically-linked Dragon twins, now I'm honestly wondering whether the whole Ugin-Bolas thing wasn't at least partially inspired by these two.

Quite good as is, but I wonder if it could be a candidate for a meld card, given that the two were mistaken for one very speedy black dragon. I also would have liked it if Waervaerendor also received a boon from having his brother in play.

Indeed it has, with the Western tradition of mass dinosaur murder skyrocketing at around this time, I guess people have been too busy chasing down their Tyrannosaurus butterballus.

Such a hefty four-drop with a powerful effect. My only gripe is the name "Incendiary," although perhaps you meant in the figurative sense rather than literal.
