Quick question on Everything Comes to Dust does this exile all artifact creatures / enchantment creatures including those who convoked it? It just seems a bit confusing with its wording in that it seems to make an exemption for them and then it seems to afterwards say to exile all artifacts and enchantments.

Yes, if artifact or enchantment creatures are used to convoke this spell they will be exiled. They fall into the other types of cards exiled by the effect, which aren't granted exemptions.
