• Counter target spell.

• Return target creature to its owner's hand.

• Up to two creatures you control with flash get +1/+1 and gain flying until the end of your turn.

At the beginning of your upkeep and end of your turn, if your life is equal to or lower than half of its original total, transform Cid.
