Whenever an opponent casts a permament spells, they create a blue, red or green ball enchantment token attached to that permament, chosen at random.

Whenever you cast a permament you can attach a blue, red or green ball ehcnantment to an opponent's enchantment equal and the same colour as your pememement's devotion to that colour. If an opponent's pemament gains 3 or more of the same colour ball this way, destroy that permament and that pemament's controller loses 5 life.
