I love routine surveillance. Cipher is a mechanic that I wish would return because it enables such a fun spells and combat style. transmute is a cool mechanic to add here as it just combines ravnica in the best way.

A similar ravnica combo this time of simic. This one I feel like i need to see in play to feel out how good/clunky it might feel.

OOO Khans commands. I love the mirroring of the Dragonlord's commands and I think my favorite one here is Mardu but I love how all of them feel very balanced given their sorcery speed.

ooo A saga of the Hunting creatures. This is a token lover's dream and the card better be sponsored by Infinitokens. I think this is super interesting as it's slow release of tokens makes it hard to sweep them away. This would destroy limited but I love it.

ooo another card for the cycle. I love the first two abilities as they feel very fleshed out but the last one feels too commander focused for me but that might just be my read on it.

IIW: Nonred Goblin
I love morph and the mechanics that you have to think through to make the cards work. The octopus is my favorite of these two but both feel very solid for a modern horizon's set.

MORE CHARMS!!!! This feels way more powerful than the white one but this feels closer to the cards of the current cycle. I think making it draw 2 lose 2 would have been better on par with the other charms but its would come down to a balancing decision.

The Courage card is my favorite of the two here because of how unique yet character-accurate it is. I'm just going to assume the cloning ability turns off somehow. Scooby feels accurate too, but a bit on the boring side.

Nice, time being used as a way to get away with stronger Incinerate and Sylvan Scrying. On the same card too, Might need some playtesting for when one gets cheated in, but looks good so far.

I don't see how this is any different from a slowed-down Lightning Bolt, so the restriction feels unnecessary. Maybe it's for Standard?

This is just asking to be cheated in, so the ETB tapped is fine. It's better than Lotus Bloom if we count actual use cases of them being cheated in.

While I do think the first-three-turns restrictions is super interesting, I think turn 4 is the upper limit for turn counting. It gets confusing later on, especially in land ramp-heavy Commander where you can't just count your lands.

Yeah, it was meant to be until end of turn, I guess I just forgot those words. Regardless, I'm glad you liked the Courage card.

Also, the cost on Cap's transform is also "he has to survive combat" which, as a 1/1 with only first strike, requires you to use the provoke ability creatively to make sure he can survive.
