I think entering untapped is fine, honestly, because it's only getting you from 4 to 5 on t4, which is probably ok. I guess having multiples is pretty good, but at that point, they're Lotus Petals, but it's still probably ok.

Also, the cost on Cap's transform is also "he has to survive combat" which, as a 1/1 with only first strike, requires you to use the provoke ability creatively to make sure he can survive.
