What happens to the cards exiled from Valki, God of Lies when Valki leaves the battlefield; do they return to hands, or graveyards.
Does "Valki" cease to exist when he becomes a copy of one of the cards exiled? Do the exiled cards return to their owners when Valki copies one of the exiled cards?

All exiled cards return to their owners' hands because that was the zone they were in "until" something happened. This occurs regardless of whether Valki's become a copy: He's still the same object and the triggered ability has already resolved. It's immaterial whether his name remains the same.
