Firestorm Raging Goblin Lightning Bolt

The only creature in play is a raging goblin and only two players remain in the match. Bob casts Firestorm, discarding 3 cards for X, and targets himself, his opponent, and the Raging Goblin. In response, Bob's opponent casts Lightning Bolt on the Raging Goblin, killing it. Firestorm no longer has enough targets (X=3). Does it fizzle, or does it still do its damage to the remaining two targets?

As long as at least one target remains, the spell will resolve and do as much as possible. Spells only fizzle if they lose all targets. So in this case, it will do 3 damage to the two remaining targets.
