Djinn Illuminatus Hive Mind Lightning Bolt
Bob has Djinn Illuminatus and Hive Mind in play. He casts Lightning Bolt, paying replicate cost 3 times (replicate provided to the spell by the Djinn). Hive mind forces all players to make copies of the original lightning bolt (but not the copies as those were not "cast"). For the copies created by Hive Mind, are they copied with replicate having been paid, thus creating their own copies; or are they copied only as the original text on Lightning Bolt, allowing Bob to effectively do several Lightning Bolts while his opponents only get one Lightning Bolt each?
