and by coincidence, my cousin also has some copies of veteran's voice. He puts it on tiger creatures that I can't remember the name.

No, but there's Gauntlet of Power, which you choose the color for. (Which means red technically gets double the goodness.)

this feels more like a black card than blue.. but I guess these tax effects were common during old times. My cousin had an Energy Vortex control deck, where a lot of cards tax the opponent.
