(Disclaimer: In this narrative I am guessing genders if you don't have them listed on the site so I apologize if I misgender.)

Ahem, I would like to welcome everyone to the 278th Annual Meeting of the The Trash Bandit Council. I am Speaker of the Can, Ulka "Kibble Hands" and today we will be reviewing Projects and new Member applications for the comming year. First off we have a project that is near and dear to our hearts:

Silver? Nice.

Sandra and Woo 1WG
Enchantment - Saga (R)
I - Create a 1/1 green Raccoon creature token and a 1/1 white Human creature token.
II - Create a 1/1 green Raccoon creature token and a Food token.
III - Create a 4/4 Green and White Legendary Raccoon God creature token.
IV - Populate, Populate, Populate, Populate.
V - If you control six or more Raccoon creature tokens, you win the game.

IIW: Disney Animated Canon (That means no Pixar).
A lovely memorial to the great work of Oliver Knörzer and Puri Andini better know as Powree. Thier work to immortalize our greatness in the character Woo truley does deserve a Saga. This project would take many turns to enact but it does show the greatness of the comic they created. This is the only project submitted this year but man is it a good one.

But now we will start on the New member introductions and eventually we will decide who will be making it onto the council.

iiw: New Silver-Border Mechanics
Ah yes, Pygyzy, the self proclaimed God of Racoons. They are known to pilfer others trash cans and brings greatness to the mask we all wear. They quite effective at all they do and are best known from their great escape from animal control back in 98'.

Hungry Raccoon 2U
Creature - Raccoon {U}
When Hungry Raccoon enters the battlefield, create a food token.
Whenever you sacrifice a food, scry 1.
2/3

IIW: Something you wish we had seen in a standard-legal set (OR a supplementary set printed in the last year)
Next up we have Megiddo, the Hungry. Best known for their ability to find food and have excellent foresight, Megiddo is quite powerful for age and would make an excellent addition to the Joint Food Collection Committee and Urban Development Committee.
Flatline wrote:

Trash Panda 2gg
Creature — Raccoon (U)
Trash Panda costs 2 less to cast if an opponent controls a Food.
When Trash Panda enters the battlefield, destroy all artifacts with mana value 0.
"If you want to eat breakfast tomorrow morning, remember to seal up your food tonight."
2/2

IIW: Band names as black-bordered card names. (No local bands. Your band should at least have a Wikipedia page.)
Next up we have Flatline, the great equalizer of food. Best know for their attempted raid on Asmoranomardicadaistinaculdacar's kitchen that ended up with both Asmoranomardicadaistinaculdacar and Flatline with no food and and all 270 life worth of food destroyed, Flatline's legacy is legendary and their feud seems to grow each day.

Trinket Diver BR
Creature — Raccoon (R)
Haste
At the beginning of your end step, if Trinket Diver is in your graveyard, you may pay . When you do, return Trinket Diver and up to one target noncreature artifact card from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
2/1

IIW: Alter egos from another timeline/multiverse
Spacemonaut is best known as the Bauble reclaimer as she is best known for finding amazing trinkets and bauble when dumpster diving for food. While she may not be the best at grabbing discarded food, last time she when hunting she found a mind control device, a sword, and a statue to the dragon god. She could make and excellent addition to our panels.
Cythare wrote:

Thrifty Thief BR
Creature — Raccoon (R)
Menace
Whenever Thrifty Thief deals combat damage to a player, exile a nonland card at random from that player's graveyard. Until end of turn, you may cast that card without paying its mana cost. If it would be put into that player's graveyard this turn, exile it instead.
2/2

IIW: A DFC but the backside is just flavor text OR Merfolk splashdown
Cythare is the next applicant. Best known for stealing Taylor swifts heart in 2017 and for being able to MacGyver, anything into useful tools their application is strong.

Phyrexian Editor. Man what a legend. Truly a Racoon with nerves of steel and and an eye for how to best upset the humans. Best know for the destruction of the Fabled Garage of Solitude she broke the garage apart and the will of its owner and still terrorizes them to this day.

As long as Garage Invader is attacking, for each creature you control with power 2 or less, you may have that creature assign its combat damage as though it weren't blocked.
They always know their way in, and nothing can stop them and their friends from taking the freshest trash for themselves.
2/2

IIW: Phyrexian Editor's garage gets fixed
IIW: Alter egos from another timeline/multiverse
Spacemoaut's alter ego seems to want an introduction as well. Best known for their legendary 3 month protest of Garages, this racoon was able to occupy a garage for a sit in for way longer than any of us dared and the humans we helpless to stop it.

IIW: Ice Cream
Silly: A.
Split: A.
Card: B. Back // The Future seems really strong. The Future especially, is costed at Time Warp levels but straight up can be cast from a graveyard.

Create a 2/2 blue Drake creature token with flying.
Draw a card.

//

Toe 2B
Sorcery {R}
Aftermath
Target player sacrifices a creature.
Discard a card.

IIW: A mechanic we'll NEVER see on a real card (wizzards donut steel)
Silly: B. This is printable. Should have gone for Heads, Shoulders, Knees // Toes.
Split: B-. A bit tenuous, but I can see it.
Card: A. Misread it as a 4-for-1 initially but it's not that bad luckily. The discard on the aftermath half is an interesting way to make its free-ness less free.

Press (to) Continue is a reference to old computer games that instead of having the text "press any button to continue, just had a button that said "press to continue". I honestly haven't seen it used since the mid 90's. I think the last game I saw it in was Eye of the Beholder III: Assault on Myth Drannor, but I could be remembering that wrong. (Also, the end boss in that game is a joke. Earlier in the game you can pick up a magic throwing hammer and by the time you meet him, your wizard should know time stop. Throw the hammer, cast time stop, and he just melts.)

Anyway, on to the challenge.

Undergrowth Ranger 2GG
Creature - Merfolk Ranger (U)

When Undergrowth Ranger enters the battlefield, you may search your library for a forest card and put it onto the battlefield tapped. If you do, shuffle.
