At the beginning of your upkeep, if Urza's Bingo Card has five or more bingo counters with different names on it, you win the game.
Whenever you perform a special action, if it's the first time you've performed that special action since Urza's Bingo Card entered the battlefield, put a bingo counter on Urza's Bingo Card named for the corresponding numerical entry in the Comprehensive Rules. That would be a bit simpler, but it's technically not a sacrifice. The legend rule is the same way. Also there's the corner cases of a nonworld permanent becoming world and multiple world permanents entering at the same time. That's exactly the reminder text I had at first, but I decided to try to be a little more accurate to the rules.

While more accurate, it is also a bit harder to understand compared to the original rules for World Enchantments. I mean, if you copy them but change it so it only affects the player who owns the permanent it should cover it.

Ah, this is... no, no, leave it in the bag. While the market for artifacts owned by the late Urza has really expanded as of late, I do question whether something like this would be as, erm, desirable as others that have already come onto the market. That said, it is quite practical. I hope the buyer doesn't decide to put it to use, though.

Ah, this is a lovely crown. Oh, best if you hold on to it, actually, I can do the appraisal from here. This kind of thing can command some high prices (even if you aren't likely to find many buyers) when intact, but to me this seems as though something might be missing.

Aha, something from Ashnod. Not as famous as her contemporary Urza, but some artifacts that belonged to her are just as valuable as his. This chair looks like it might fall below that bar, but it's ultimately an heirloom piece.

This is stretching the limits of what we cover on this program, being an entire municipal sewer system and all, but let's look at it. We don't see many fortifications anymore, but this one seems to look good to me. Just watch out for the rats.
