In Naya, we're around the mark of 12/14 playables, with Scorpion and Ironroot being the green pool.
In Mardu, we're one card less, with the dino being our only black card for now.
I think we're still in a position to make the switch from Naya to Mardu. I would take the pirate for Mardu potential over the Vial, which is only likely to end up in our deck as filler. The pirate is fine removal, too.
