I feel like you should have to remove more than 4 counters to get the seraph back, or have some other rider, like sorcery speed only, because otherwise, this just will never die. Which, yes, it's a mythic, but that's still too much recursion. There's more going on with the second card I submitted last round (Celestial Mechanism) than just combo'ing with Platinum Angel. The first mechanic serves to save your Angels from dying -- by turning them into non-creatures, they dodge combat damage, most destruction spells, etc. But it's decidedly a slow ability, as opposed to blinking a creature or returning it to hand. The second ability lets you recover Angels that have been artifactized by the first ability, or make more Angels from artifacts (including the Celestial Mechanism itself), The last two abilities let you buff your Angels a little bit, adding some versatility to the artifact.
