Zrar, Eight Jungle Valleys
Legendary Creature - Plant Hydra (M)
When Zrar enters the battlefield, if you cast it, destroy target creature. Create X 1/1 green Saproling creature tokens, where X is that creature's mana value.
When Zrar dies, you may exile it. If you do, exile target creature card from a graveyard, then create X 1/1 green Saproling creature tokens, where X is the exiled card's toughness.

Death Mutation +
Morbid Bloom
Maralen, Oona's Blossom

Legendary Creature - Faerie Wizard (M)

Ward
3, Pay 3 life.
At the beginning of your end step, create a token that's a copy of the
Bitterblossom card, then you lose 1 life for each Faerie enchantment you control.

IIW: New kind of creature token
Hydra: Evoke on a card with a "if you cast it" trigger is clever. You aren't really getting a great discount from 12 to 8, but that's probably fair for the effect. One consideration: While Death Mutation does key off of CMC, the fact that you look at two different attributes here is a little odd. Maybe have both sides look at the same thing OR look at power and toughness, which are a more natural pair.
Maralen: Isn't
Maralen an Elf? But anyway, this is fun, maybe keying off of the recently-spoiled
Garth One-Eye card copy technology we have seen. Let me just do the math very quickly.
Turn 0: Create a Bitterblossom (1) and lose 1 life (1).
Turn 1: Create a Faerie (1) and lose 1 life (2); Create a Bitterblossom (2) and lose 2 life (4)
Turn 2: Create two Faeries (3) and lose 2 life (6); Create a Bitterblossom (3) and lose 3 life (9). Attack for 1 (1).
Turn 3: Create three Faeries (6) and lose 3 life (12); Create a Bitterblossom (4) and lose 4 life (16). Attack for 3 (4).
Turn 4: Create four Faeries (10) and lose 4 life (20).
I think I could have stopped after turn 2, where you have lost 9 life by the time you deal 1 damage with Faerie tokens.

Savage Plowbeast 3GG
Creature — Beast (M)
Haste, trample
You may exert Savage Plowbeast as it attacks. When you do, put up to two target lands controlled by different players on top of their owners' libraries.
5/3
Underworld Loamer GG
Creature — Human Druid (R)
When Underworld Loamer enters the battlefield, return up to three target land cards from your graveyard to your hand.
At the beginning of your upkeep, mill two cards.
Escape—
2GG, Exile three other cards from your graveyard.
3/1
IIW: Barnyard tribal
Plowbeast: The real tech here is to steal one of their lands first. I imagine you can choose to put only one land on top, which is still pretty good (it turns it into a bizarro world
Primal Command that gives you a haste creature too).
Loamer: I actually don't have much to say on this one. it does the thing it says it does.

Chaos Steed 2RR
Creature — Elemental Horse (R)
Trample, first strike, haste
Whenever Chaos Steed deals damage to one or more permanents, the owners of those permanents shuffle them into their library, then reveal that many cards from the top of their library. They put all permanent cards revealed this way on the battlefield and the rest on top of their library in a random order.
3/3
IIW: Chaos
Listen, i love cards that reward you for knowing how damage assignment works as much as the next guy, but that's a lot of complexity wrapped up in this card. I like that you put cards not put onto the battlefield this way
on top of the library. Usually that doesn't happen, but those cards are guaranteed not to be lands, and thus probably live draws. It also
may avoid the feel bad of flipping a cool spell, not being able to do anything with it, and THEN having it go away. (and yes I know this is how
Chaos Warp works -- but the decision there is intentional too and I think it is worth calling out here).
Embrace chaos. Block with three 1/1 tokens.

Rite Replicator 2UU
Creature - Merfolk Wizard (M)

If a permanent entering the battlefield causes a triggered ability to trigger, you may pay
7UU. If you do, that ability triggers five additional times.
2/1
IIW: Adventures in the Forgotten Realms
This is funny. I kind of wish you got ONE bonus trigger for free, but the joke lands. I don't know that this would ever actually go off but... I guarantee you people will try. I'm sure there's an infinite mana combo as well with
Mana Echoes or whatever. Have fun.

When Tangle Trickster enters the battlefield, destroy target creature. It can't be regenerated. Its controller creates a 3/3 red Goblin Elemental creature token.

Pongify meets....
Goblin Trashmaster? Interesting combo that can be

Murder a guy. This is a dense package that does a lot (imagine where you can point that pongify for example). Cheap and Flexible is a winning combination.

Krark, Compulsive Gambler
RRR
Legendary Creature — Goblin Rogue
Krark, Compulsive Gambler enters the battlefield with a greed counter on it.
T: Flip a coin. If you win the flip, you gain X life and target opponent loses X life. If you lose the flip, you lose X life and that opponent gains X life. X is equal to the number of greed counters on Krark. Double the number of greed counters on Krark.

Need a coin? I can't get behind red lifegain, but, uh, check out that autocard link if you haven't yet.

Creature — Elephant Hydra (R)
Riskhar's Cacophonydra enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it.
When Rishkar's Cacophonydra enters the battlefield, draw X cards, then you may cast a card with mana value X or less from your hand without paying its mana cost.
It'll blast the thoughts right out of your head, clearing space for new, fresh thoughts.

You have provided a card that does all* of the above by itself! Which is pretty sweet, don't get me wrong, but maybe a lot for one card. Oh, and
Genesis Hydra sends its regards as well.
*doesn't tutor, obviously, but this also draws twice the cards.

Comet Cruiser XRR
Creature - Dragon (M)

Comet Cruiser enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it.
X,
T, sacrifice Comet Cruiser: Comet Cruiser deals damage equal to its power to X targets.
0/0
IIW: Goblin PC
Oh, Comet Storm! Fun card. I remember when this was a mega-hype new mythic. Slapping it on a Dragon is pretty sweet. Using two different X costs on the same card like this reads as confusing (I suppose it is a mythic, but supposedly new players have some trouble with X costs, and this would be slightly confusing). Also: Being able to pay the second X on a later turn is wildly good, lmao.

Ink Fader 2U
Creature - Cephalid Wizard (U)
Whenever Ink Fader enters the battlefield, for each other creature, its controller sacrifices a permanent unless they pay
1.
"Like ink in water, all fade away to the test of time."
1/2
IIW: Two mechanics that haven't been combined before
Fade Away, lol. I wonder if that card has any legs.
Rishadan Cutpurse had that brief meme deck a while back (where it was used to pressure lands, iirc). This probably ends up being OK given how it can be blinked or otherwise repeatedly used. Maybe not the most fun...
