Touch of the Panoptes
Legendary Enchantment
Touch of the Panoptes enters the battlefield with forty wink counters on it.
Whenever a creature attacks, move a wink counter from Touch of the Panoptes onto it.
Creatures with wink counters on them are Eyes in addition to their other types.
Eyes don't untap during their controller's untap step.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Touch of the Panoptes has no wink counters on it, sacrifice it and create Argus, a legendary X/X black Eye creature token, where X is equal to the number of Eyes on the battlefield.
