The Descent was absolutely great. The buildup to the monster reveal was excellent and the first monster jumpscare was awesome. This movie was more horror-focused and it was QUITE good. One fun thing about this is that it doesn't need to be used on your own turn. This can disrupt expectations in combat if you won't take the brunt of the attack.

I only have this in one deck at the moment, but it is a solid card and no one expects it because it is not a commonly used/known card.

God-Eternal Rhonas is one I run in my Emiel the Blessed deck. Being able to blink it makes it scarier, but just as a one shot effect, you are probably unlikely to kill the whole table with just one ETB trigger.

I like her fine enough in monoblack decks. She doesn't tend to draw much attention at all and is basically 4 mana to never miss a land drop. If people start swinging at her to stop the ultimate from going off, that's some damage not hitting me.
