On Ithraan, phoenixes and other magical beings have the power to rise from the grave. The rebirth trait is accompanied by a mana cost that must be paid to activate the ability.

This land can become a creature by paying a cost specified in description. Each Titan will also have one or more of the following types (this will not affect its mana production): Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, Forest, or Wastes.

The bond between a Titan and its inhabitants can manifest in various ways, and is represented by this mechanic.
