Hm, I kinda hope the entwine effect would be relatable to each other, like Blinding Beam, but they are both very useful. Any deck with spell recurring (green has a lot) could let you repeatedly dodge pay commander tax.

I don't see much of a reason why you wouldn't want to pay the entwine cost every time you play this, but it's pretty neat nonetheless - Nature's Spiral with upside.

If your graveyard is empty or your commander on the battlefield? Maybe if you want to make a time-sensitive play and need the two mana to pull it off?

Anyway, I adore the way these effects work out and explore the added design space of Commander. This creates a really useful effect to be added on top of the always useful graveyard recursion.
