Partners with Eragon Shadeslayer
Flying, Ward 2
Whenever Saphira Bjartskular deals combat damage to a player, look at that player's hand. If you do, you may exile a nonland card from it. For as long as that card remains exiled, its owner may play it. A spell cast this way costs more to cast. If you don't exile a card this way, put a +1/+1 counter on Saphira.

Roran can't be blocked by more than one creature.
When Roran enters, look at the top 6 cards of your library. You may reveal an equipment card from among them and put it into your hand. Put all other cards on the bottom of your library in a random order.
Roran gets +x/+x, and equip costs you activate cost x less to activate, where X is the total power gained from equipments attached to Roran. (EG: A Trusty Machete attached to Roran would give him a total of +4/+3, and reduce equip costs by )

IIW: Outlaws, or "whenever you commit a crime"
Saphira Bjartskular seems fine, but her partner Eragon seems a little off-color, adding red to his cost would fix it for me, but he won't have any bearing on judgement.

I like Brom, and nice thinking outside the box for the prompt.

I understand what's going on here, but I think that second ability needs to be folded into the first, otherwise "this way" makes no sense. Also not quite sure on how to word this.

Going deep into the lore, we never really knew who Tatsumasa was. Very fitting for Kamigawa, my only preference is that maybe "then" is better than "and" to avoid confusion.

For the outlaws prompt, they don't have to be an outlaw payoff, they can just be an outlaw type. (assassins, mercenaries, pirates, rogues, or warlocks.)

I feel like giving RG a 4/4 for 4, when the draft archetype cares about 4 power is a little strong, but can't argue with the crime ability here. This should probably read "Whenever you commit a crime ... this ability only triggers once each turn." like the rest, to prevent cases where you crime, play Saloon braggart, then crime again.

All of these are nice, even if they miss some of the design subtleties of OTJ, but I've gotta give the

Pretty straightforward way to make these two, since you'll get the reward with either one, but Gorra Tash would be easier.

The other way of making these would be to just add the bounty to the cards themselves and running with it. Sleepy Sovka works really well with the no-spells-from-hand archetype in OTJ Limited too. Paq feels like they could've been an uncommon if you made them cost 1-2 more to cast.

I see what you're getting at there! The hulkbuster armor is armor that goes around the regular iron man suit. So of course you can't, like, take off the iron man suit while the hulkbuster armor is covering it. That's a nice restriction. It's a hefty pack of abilities and will help you bust some hulks and a cost and restriction that makes sense for them.

I'm gonna interpret that this magnetizes to robots or requires someone else to help you put it on. I like the ability set. For the cost and given the feeling of threat that seems like it should come from the Ark of Extinction, menace and wither are both good, but I feel like +3/+3 might be underselling it. But I'm biased as a Tammy player. But as a Tammy player I'd love to see a number that can grow bigger e.g. from exiling stuff. This does cost 3BBB with no body of its own after all, and e.g. a 3BBB 3/3 menace and wither would be understatted. It's very close to ideal though.

That's wordplay! That's horse armor that is an armored horse and an armor horse that armors! Love that I could strap this to Rakdos and have Gideon ride on his back, he'd hate that. It's a bit of a mouthful to follow and parse at first. I'd move the reconfigure and equip lines to the end so that I can read all at once what this card does as a creature and as an equipment without having to context-switch. But once it's parsed, it makes sense: the equipped creature is beefier, and I can give something +1/+1 or give my team +1/+1.
