Resistance Vindicator 2{G/W}BB
Creature — Human Warrior (R)
Menace
Metalcraft — When Resistance Vindicator deals combat damage to a player, if you control three or more artifacts, destroy target nonland permanent that player controls.
"I see only one way to defeat the Phyrexian invaders: we few Mirrans left use our own weapons to smash theirs. We might be outnumbered, but until the war isn't over, we haven't lost yet."

Ittara the Discerning 3UR
Legendary Creature — Dragon (R)
Flying
Whenever you draw a card or discard a card, Ittara the Discerning gets +1/+0 until end of turn.
Metalcraft — As long as you control three or more artifacts, each colorless card in your hand has cycling 1.

Amari, Pontiff of Collections
Legendary Creature - Human Cleric (R)
Deathtouch
Extort
Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, create a colorless 1/3 Construct Cleric artifact creature token. This ability triggers only once per turn.
Metalcraft — As long as you control three or more artifacts, artifact creatures you control have deathtouch and extort.
Handling the masses is far too tedious a job to be done by the living.

Curator of the Fair 2w
Creature - Dwarf Artificer (r)
Other nontoken creatures you control have fabricate 1. (When this permanent enters the battlefield, you may put a +1/+1 counter on it. If you don't, create a 1/1 colorless Servo artifact creature token.)
Metalcraft - Whenever a creature you control attacks alone, if you control three or more artifacts, that creature gains +X/+X until end of turn, where X is the number of creatures you control.

Design
(2/3) Appeal - Mostly a Jxnny/Spike card; Txmmy isn't that interested in this card given it turns off so easily.
(2.5/3) Elegance - "Loses all other abilities" has the potential to cause some hiccups.

Development
(3/3) Viability - Colors and rarity look right.
(2/3) Balance - Not necessarily OP all on its own, and the metalcraft acts as a choke to limit the sheer power of the ability, but I don't feel like this card would ever really be used for anything fair. 2 is a big difference from 1 when it's a reduction for everything.

Creativity
(1/3) Uniqueness - I can't say a cost reducer is all that unique. Metalcraft being a drawback has not been done before, but it doesn't seem like that rich an avenue of design space to explore.
(2/3) Flavor - Simple enough, but they sure can come out of retirement easily if artifacts leave the battlefield... also, flavor text may have been nice.

Polish
(3/3) Quality - Fine.
(2/2) Main Challenge (*) - Done.
(2/2) Subchallenges - And done.

Design
(3/3) Appeal - Txmmy likes the size. Jxnny likes the Treasure-making and the variables. Spike would use this in Limited.
(2.5/3) Elegance - Sacrificing a Treasure before the turn's out with too much damage marked might lead to "oops" moments.

Development
(3/3) Viability - Can't fault the colors or rarity.
(2.5/3) Balance - Might be TOO dominant if there's a viable artifact deck in the Limited environment this is in.

Creativity
(1.5/3) Uniqueness - Is certainly new as a whole package, and has new text, but we've seen plenty of similar effects before. This is basically a fun signpost uncommon.
(1/3) Flavor - I really wish there were some flavor text about these Rustjewel Goblins. Otherwise, I'm looking at something that's not really fleshed-out.

Polish
(3/3) Quality - Looks good.

Design
(2/3) Appeal - Txmmy is all over this. It's a bit obvious for Jxnny (although there's double strike!) and a bit slow for Spike (but I can see it having uses).
(3/3) Elegance - Pretty straightforward.

Development
(3/3) Viability - Spot-on colors and rarity.
(3/3) Balance - Sure. Incredibly powerful saboteur ability, but 3 toughness is hardly the hardest body to remove, it has a metalcraft gate, and it's five mana.

Creativity
(1.5/3) Uniqueness - Neat mana cost playing with what WB and BG can both do. Otherwise, this card is sort of... expected, I suppose.
(3/3) Flavor - Good. Flavor text could be more concise, but I see your Vindicate reference.

(3/3) Quality - Looking good.

Design
(3/3) Appeal - All-rounder. Txmmy obviously likes this, Jxnny has plenty to interact with, and Spike sees a total engine.
(2/3) Elegance - Potentially a lot of triggers to keep track of, and granting abilities in hidden zones is a bit funny (but perfectly doable in the rules).

Development
(3/3) Viability - Definitely the right colors and rarity.
(2/3) Balance - This feels remarkably like it could get out of hand. Five mana is plenty, but it's also a mana sink that effectively says "get your best stuff in hand + get huge if you have metalcraft."

Creativity
(2.5/3) Uniqueness - Playing around in interesting territory.
(3/3) Flavor - The type nails it. This is a Dragon very particular about their hoard. Fine.

Polish
(3/3) Quality - Nice.
(2/2) Main Challenge (*) - Done.

Design
(3/3) Appeal - Txmmy and Jxnny both want an extorting token army for different reasons. Spike likes the value engine.
(1.5/3) Elegance - A very text-heavy card with lots to keep track of.

Development
(3/3) Viability - Colors and rarity look right.
(3/3) Balance - Sure. Does some fairly specific things really efficiently.

Creativity
(2/3) Uniqueness - Neat mashup card that probably owes something to Pontiff of Blight.
(3/3) Flavor - Like this a lot.

Polish
(2.5/3) Quality - It's "1/3 colorless Construct Cleric artifact creature token".

Design
(3/3) Appeal - Pumpy enough for Txmmy, fiddly enough for Jxnny, enough value for Spike.
(2.5/3) Elegance - A few things to track here.

Development
(3/3) Viability - Color and rarity are spot-on.
(3/3) Balance - Super-exalted is neat and probably never going to break anything. Granting fabricate looks like fun.

Creativity
(2.5/3) Uniqueness - I always liked the "no wrong choice" fabricate cards. This one obviously owes something to Angel of Invention.
(2.5/3) Flavor - Kind of generic Kaladesh creature name, but it works well enough.

Polish
(2.5/3) Quality - "That creature gets +X/+X..."
(2/2) Main Challenge (*) - Done.
(1/2) Subchallenges - Monocolored.
