Does this phrase specifically mean "a creature card which started in the command zone" or can token copies with the same name be considered commanders too? Can I play Candlekeep Sage and Helm of the Host and draw a billion? thanks

"Commanderness" is not a copiable value, no, it's a property of the cards that begin the game as your deck's commanders. (But a noncreature commander that becomes a creature is a "commander creature".)

Psst, check the second page of Custom Card Contests & Games! Because of the daily contests, a lot of games fall down to there.
