Adding Ban Tiers to Commander - A Possible Solution to Power Levels

So I think the good thing about doing guidance over banlist is it just means some decks are going to be underpowered sometimes but which "guideposts" you follow will tell a lot about how strong your deck is.

"Elf deck with no craterhoof or ezuri or combo finish " tells a lot.

That said tribal decks really throw a wrench. Dragon tempest is vastly more problematic than purphoros but purphoros is something I'd consider too fast for mid powered games.
