Because drawing is a problem, Realmwalker and Dregscape Sliver could help.
Could ramp with Manaweft Sliver and Gemhide Sliver but then you need one drops. Poisonous Sliver and Galerider Sliver.
Necrotic Sliver as 1 of could help. Mana slivers would make it easier.
Unsettled Mariner and/or Diffusion Sliver.
