Today's Challenge:
Colorless matters

.::To Enter::.
In a single post:
  • Name exactly two other players to vote for their entries for the previous challenge. (In the event that there are two or fewer entries that you are allowed to vote for, you may vote for only one.)
  • Make a card that fits the current challenge.
  • Include an "If I Win" (IIW) for tomorrow's challenge if you win.
Each day we use the challenge of the previous day's winner. In the case of a tie, we'll use the IIW of the tied player who has least overall points. In case of a further tie, the IIW of the earlier poster will be used.

I took the prompt first as "make a mix-and-match card", then I went ahead and pushed it even further: what if the prompt were "how many mechanics can fit on a single card?" I managed to fit three:

Adaptation Effort 3W
Sorcery (R)
Tap all creatures your opponents controls.
Forecast — 1W, Reveal Adaptation Effort from your hand: tap target creature an opponent controls. (Activate only during your upkeep and only once each turn.)
Cycling 2W (2W, Discard this card: Draw a card.)
When you cycle Adaptation Effort, tap target creature an opponent controls.
Flashback 3WWW (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)
