At the beginning of each upkeep, look at the top 5 cards of target opponent's library and then put them back in any order.
Whenever an opponent shuffles their library, they lose 5 life.
Sometimes it's worse when wizards curse under their breath.

If a player would scry, instead they mill that many cards, then each player fateseals 1. (To fateseal 1, that player looks at the top card of an opponent's library, then they may put that card on the bottom of that library.)

As Curse of Absolute Knowledge enters the battlefield, reverse the order of cards in enchanted player's library.
When Curse of Absolute Knowledge leaves the battlefield, enchanted player shuffles their library.

You may have target opponent put a card from their hand on top of their library. If you don't, that player exiles the top three cards of their library, then loses 1 life for each land card exiled in this way. Repeat this process twice.
