which is correct?

You and permanents you control have ward 2 or pay 2 life.

or

You and permanents you control have ward — pay 2 or 2 life.

or

You and permanents you control have ward — pay 2 life or 2.

The second one is in line with accepted formatting (mana payments come before nonmana ones), but it should probably be offset with quotes because it's not a simple mana-only ward cost: "You and permanents you control have "Ward - Pay 2 or 2 life.""
Psst, check the second page of Custom Card Contests & Games! Because of the daily contests, a lot of games fall down to there.
