Today's Challenge: A 2-color legendary that would be the uncommon "draft archetype" legendary of a set

For a dystopian set with a BR sacrificing artifacts theme. Some creatures in those colors would separately have the ability to temporarily become artifact creatures, and Vehicles would exist in the set. Furthermore, this theme would have lower-rarity cards in common with the RW madness and UB self-mill themes.
