How to use the alternate arts for card arts?

I know there is a way to do it with the hover card links, but I can't seem to get the cardimg tag to do the same thing. I can offer suggestions on the card tag and maybe a request needs to be put into @Feyd_Ruin to get it to work with cardimg tags if there isn't a way to do it already that I am just not sure about.

To start with, the default card image is:

Conspiracy Unraveler

As you can see from the link above, there is a 5 digit number right before the name. If you put that into the card tag, you will get that version. And there are 3 different versions so here are all 3:

Conspiracy Unraveler
Conspiracy Unraveler
Conspiracy Unraveler

I am not entirely sure what the difference is between the last 2 but you can see you can get different arts this way. Here is the sample BBCode for the first image showing the pipe delimiter with the card id put in:
