Last Chance
If I cast this card twice in the same turn how does the loss triggers work? Will both go on the stack at the end of the following turn? Do I get 2 extra turns?

"At the beginning of that turn's end step"
You will get two turns. The last Last Chance to resolve is the one whose turn you will take first (though, in most cases, the order isn't going to matter much). Importantly, the trigger for losing the game only happens in that turns end step. You will need to deal with the first extra turn's trigger to even be able to get to the next turn but you won't have to deal with both in the same turn.
