Today's Challenge: Modal spells or abilities

.::To Enter::.
In a single post:
  • Name exactly two other players to vote for their entries for the previous challenge. (In the event that there are two or fewer entries that you are allowed to vote for, you may vote for only one.)
  • Make a card that fits the current challenge.
  • Include an "If I Win" (IIW) for tomorrow's challenge if you win.
Each day we use the challenge of the previous day's winner. In the case of a tie, we'll use the IIW of the tied player who has least overall points. In case of a further tie, the IIW of the earlier poster will be used.

At the beginning of your upkeep, choose one. If you have half or less of your starting life total, choose both-
-Return each card exiled with Saint's Binding to the battlefield under its owner's control, then exile target nonland permanent until Saint's Binding leaves the battlefield.
-You gain life equal to the mana value of a card exiled with Saint's Binding.

Reflect Regret
Enchantment - Aura Curse (R)
Enchant player
When Reflect Regret enters the battlefield and at the beginning of the enchanted player's upkeep, choose one that hasn't been chosen:
  • Enchanted player loses 1 life for each creature card in their graveyard.
  • Enchanted player discards two cards, draw two cards.
  • Gain 2 life and the enchanted player creates a 2/2 black Zombie creature tokens with decayed.
  • Enchanted player gets a regret counter. Exile Reflect Regret and return it to the battlefield enchanting an opponent without a regret counter.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if each of your opponents has a regret counter, choose one permanent you control of each permanent type. Sacrifice the rest. Exile Reflect Regret.
