- Combat dealt by ~ to this creature this turn is dealt as though it has deathtouch
- Put X +1/+1 counters on ~, where X is the combat damage recieved by ~ from this creature this turn (it must survive the damage to recieve the counters)

Anyway, my try at rewording it with a few functional changes:
~ enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it
~ can only be blocked by exactly three creatures, and may block up to three creatures.
When ~ blocks or becomes blocked, prevent all combat damage that would be dealt to or dealt by it this turn and choose a different one for each creature blocking or blocked by it –
- It fights that creature as tough ~ had lifelink;
- It fights that creature as tough ~ had deathtouch;
- It fights that creature, then put a number of +1/+1 counters equal to that creature's power on ~.

Spend only black mana on X.
Blasphemous Goat-Mother enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it and an additional +1/+1 counter for each Curse on the battlefield.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player puts an insanity counter on each permanent named Hex they control.
If damage would be dealt to Blasphemous Goat-Mother, prevent that damage and remove that many +1/+1 counters from it, then each player creates that many black Curse enchantment tokens named Hex attached to that player. The tokens have enchant player and "At the beginning of enchanted player's end step, Hex deals 1 damage to that player for each insanity counter on Hex.".
