Splice interactions

I recently created a commander that gives all of your instant and sorceries splice onto instant and sorceries. I was wondering how that would interact with other effects, such as copy effects? Since splice modifies the rules text of a card, would the copy have all the rules texts of the spliced cards?? And would the rules text stay on the card, so, say for instance, if I were to give the card spliced onto flashback, would it then retain all of the rules text in the graveyard? I am highly confused.

If you copy the spell, you copy any text added via Splice as well.

Once it leaves the stack though, it is a new object. It won't retain any added text in the yard which means if it is cast again, it is a "fresh" spell. If you want the spliced text, you need to splice onto it again
