You have a ton of flash enablers, but as far as I can see your only real payoff is via Seedborn Muse. Admittedly that is always a good one but I wouldn't play the flash enablers.
Well what you can do is play Alchemist's Refuge and Winding Canyons instead.
Cut Leyline of Anticipation, Vivien, Champion of the Wilds, Vedalken Orrery.

I'd look to lower the curve as well.
Simple things like;
Knight of Autumn instead of Acidic Slime (paying two extra for the destroy land ability is too much).
Gilded Drake instead of Duplicant.
I personally think Agent of Treachery is way to expensive even though it gets any permanent, that is too much of a luxury situation and you're just better off with removal.

Gilded Lotus can be cut with Bane of Progress in the deck. For that matter you might as well cut all the artifact mana for creatures instead; Noble Hierarch, Arbor Elf, Avacyn's Pilgrim, Elvish Mystic, Fyndhorn Elves, Joraga Treespeaker, Llanowar Elves.

Cut Venser, the Sojourner as well.
Reliquary Tower is horrible, axe.
