Today's Challenge: Non-coin-flipping card in a coin-flipping set

.::To Enter::.
In a single post:
  • Name exactly two other players to vote for their entries for the previous challenge. (In the event that there are two or fewer entries that you are allowed to vote for, you may vote for only one.)
  • Make a card that fits the current challenge.
  • Include an "If I Win" (IIW) for tomorrow's challenge if you win.
Each day we use the challenge of the previous day's winner. In the case of a tie, we'll use the IIW of the tied player who has least overall points. In case of a further tie, the IIW of the earlier poster will be used.

.::Scoring::.
Rithaniel 5 (+4)
netn10 4 (+2)
Komandon 3 (+3)
shullz 3
void_nothing 2 (+1)

(Two fun facts. One this is the real life location Silent Hill is based on. Two. My father's home city is similar to this place except people still live there. Their mountain too is still one fire.)

Centralia
Legendary Land (rare)
You may choose to not untap Centralia during your untap step. At the beginning of your upkeep if Centralia is tapped it deals 2 damage to you.
As long as Centralia is tapped, creatures attaching you or a planeswalker you control get -1/-0.
T: Add c. You activate this ability during another player's turn, Centralia deals 1 damage to you.

IIW: a new noncreature token.

Trisa D'Kona
Legendary Land - Island R

Trisa D'Kona enters the battlefield tapped.
, : Exile target creature you control until Trisa D'Kona leaves the battlefield.
The most isolated island is a great place to hide.

IIW: Four-color uncommons

Vinicunca
Legendary Land (Rare)
Whenever Vinicunca would produce mana, if it's an opponent's turn, it produces instead.
: Add one mana of any color.

IIW: Cards that use at least one mechanic rated 8 or higher on the Storm Scale.

Mount Carth's-Throne

IIW: card based on saturday night live skit.
I love Tchotchke Elemental. And as always: wear your seatbelt, tear up your friend's mill deck, and buh-bye. (Please don't actually tear up your friend's mill deck, no matter how annoying it is.)

Votes: AnotherAlias (I like the fairness.) , netn10 (reminds me of some of the premodern multicolor lands but a good update)

(I don't really understand the coin-flipping set part. First one that came to mind is Arabian Knights. But I know the Dark to Iceage story had them. As well as the Weatherlight saga. But based on cycle not a set?)

Pandemonium Sphere 6
Artifact (rare)
Indestructible
At the beginning of each player's upkeep they may pay 4. If they do tap Pandemonium Sphere.
As long as Pandemonium Sphere is untapped that player's noncreature spells cost 2 life more to cast and they skip their combat step unless that player during their precombat step casts a spell activates an ability that either causes a coin flip, die roll, or a target chosen at random.

IIW: Un Un an Uncard that is not realistic playable in a regular game. Post the name of the card you Un Unned. You may change the name of your card.

3-Sided Coin
Artifact (R)
Whenever an opponent flips a coin, roll a die.
If you roll even and the flip is heads, the coin flip is treated as tails.
If you roll even and the flip is tails, destroy target permanent controlled by the player who flipped the coin.
If you roll odd and the flip is heads, you draw three cards and lose 3 life.
If you roll odd and the flip is tails, the coin flip is treated as heads.
"A three-sided coin? Doesn't that make it a die?"-Adark
"I wish"-Brach Zy

IIW: High-variance (dice/coins/etc.)

I'm not 100% sure what the challenge means... I just know chaotic magic deserves some love.

Lady Luck's Coin 1
Artifact - Treasure (Rare)
T, Sacrifice Lady Luck's Coin: Add UR.
As long as Lady Luck's Coin is in your graveyard, you may only cast spells or activate abilities that involves either a coin flip, die roll, or targets chosen at random.
"Fortune's favor dances on the edge of a coin, inviting chaos into the fray."

IIW: Entirely new archetype for RW or GU
