There are two main Suspend themes with Dr Who, one is Paradox and the other is Time Travel, with a precon already built to focus on either; Time Travel (Jeskai precon) is clearly quicker at throwing out suspend effects, but Paradox (Temur precon) works with all casts from exiles, including black theft effects (If I choose to take black over white and green).
There are plenty of overlaps between the two color approach, and I'm debating on which direction I should go with it.
Or, is there a better commander lead outside of Dr. Who that could lead a suspend deck?
