Blizzard Buzzard
Snow Creature — Bird (R)
Flying
When Blizzard Buzzard enters the battlefield, if you cast it, draw a card for each spent to cast it, then discard a card for each nonsnow mana spent to cast it.
A natural hazard.

Snow Enchantment {R}
As long as you control 3 or more Snow permanents, creatures can't attack you unless their controller pays or for each creature they control that's attacking you.
Whenever a creature attacks you, if you control 6 or more Snow permanents, put a stun counter on it.
Whenever a creature deals combat damage to you, if you control 9 or more Snow permanents, its controller puts it on the top or bottom of their library.

When a snow creature being put into your graveyard from the battlefield causes you to recover Inverse Avalanche, you may return a snow artifact or land card from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.

Climate Shear
Snow Sorcery R
Destroy target land that can produce two or more colors of mana. It's controller may search their library for a land card that could produce exact one color of mana that land could have produced and put it onto the battlefield tapped. Then that player shuffles.
IIW: Take more than one extra turn after this one
