Exile target creature you control with any number of time counters. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend. When it enters the battlefield, exile it, then reveal the top card of your library until you reveal a creature card with mana value equal to the amount of time counters it had when it started the journey, put it onto the the battlefield, the shuffle.
